Obituary for Betty L. Ingvall

Betty Lou (Tangeman) Ingvall, the daughter of Arthur and Cecelia (Christensen) Tangeman, was born December 30, 1934, in Spirit Lake, Iowa. She passed away Sunday, January 17, 2010, at Avera Holy Family Hospital in Estherville, Iowa, at the age of 75. She received her education in the Spirit Lake schools, graduating from Spirit Lake High School in 1953.
On January 25, 1958, Betty was united in marriage to Lloyd Ingvall at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. Betty loved her family and being a homemaker. Her two grandsons were one of her biggest delights and she felt so lucky to be with them often. She had a full life and was able to do a lot of traveling. She was an active and longtime member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Estherville. She was also a member of VFW Post 3388 Auxiliary also in Estherville.
Left to cherish Betty's memory are her husband, Lloyd of Estherville; her children, Barbara Ingvall of Mankato, Minnesota; Jay Ingvall and his children, Allen and Matthew of rural Estherville; James Ingvall of Denver, Colorado; sisters, Arlene Behrens and her husband, Butch of Estherville; Velda Moreau of Estherville; Vivian Bunte and her husband, Don of Rock Rapids, Iowa; brother, Dale Tangeman of Minneapolis, Minnesota; three sisters-in-heart, Dorothy Mead of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Lavon Deloss of Spencer, Iowa; Evelyn Hansen of Ringsted, Iowa; sister-in-law, Georgia Tangeman of Valparaiso and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding Betty in death were her parents; Arthur and Cecelia Tangeman; mother and father-in-law, John and Nina Ingvall; brothers, Arnold Tangeman and his wife, Florence; Don Tangeman and his wife, Mary; Bob Tangeman and his wife, Karen; Bud Tangeman; brothers and sisters-in-law, Clarence Ingvall and his wife, Alma; Clifford Ingvall and his wife, Pearl; Alice Weber and her husband, Shine; Laura Hansen and her husband, Herb; Mable Howard and her husband, Ralph; Bill Hansen; Don Mead; and Paul Moreau.
